Once we have confirmed your payment we will process your order and send out your items within 2 business days. We ship Worldwide and offer free shipping for all Domestic orders. All orders will be ship within (2) business day. Domestic standard shipping takes 2 – 5 business days. International standard shipping takes 1 – 6 weeks depending on the weather, your location and custom holding. Orders will be shipped via USPS and in some case UPS carrier depending on the size and weight of your package. Customers have the options for Expedited or one day shipping for an extra charge. We do NOT hold any responsibilities to any lost or damage item(s) or any delays during shipping time. Delays may sometimes happen during the weekends and Holidays seasons. All purchase(s) over the weekend will be shipped out the following business day (excluding holidays).
Here at MJ Boutique we try to make returns as simple as possible. Our policy allows buyers to return or exchange an item(s) within 14 days. Only item(s) that has not been worn and in its brand new original conditions with tags and stickers attached will be honored. Exchanges are possible if we have the item in stock. We will not accept any used or worn item(s) for return or exchange. There might be a restocking fee. All refunds will not include the original shipping and handling charges. Buyers will pay shipping fee for all return or exchange. After the carrier has received your item, it can take up to 2 weeks for us to receive and process your return. Your refund will be processed instantly. However, it may take 2-3 business days for it to display on your credit card statement.
